I was recently with someone who got injured, and I wasn't sure how best to help them. I didn't want to make things worse by doing the wrong thing, but I also didn't want to just stand there without helping. I'm wondering what I should do in a situation like this and how to know when professional help is needed. What should I do if someone is injured?
