My Wound Won't Stop Bleeding and I Don't Know What to Do?

I have a wound that keeps bleeding and I'm starting to get worried because it hasn't stopped as quickly as I expected. I don't think the injury is extremely serious, but the bleeding is continuing and I'm not sure what I should do next.
